WHY ARE ALL YOUR PRODUCTS NOT AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE ON YOUR WEBSITE?
While we do carry dozens of brands in store, combined with hundreds of styles, Some brands and items are not available for online resale. While we are always working to get more brands and products available for online purchasing, We are able to provide telesales ordering and shipping for any item that we may have in store that is not available to purchase from our website. We are constantly working with our Brands to open up online resale of their products.
Our Shipping options vary on how quickly you need your item. All orders need to be processed before they are shipped. This includes verifying orders, stock availability, order packaging and pick-up by the mailing carrier.
We strive to have all orders placed by 3PM CST completed and ready for next morning pick-up by the carrier. Unfortunately due to occasional high order volumes, some orders can not be completed same day and will be completed the next business day.
Question: Why did my order take longer than the advertised shipping speed selected?
Answer: Shipping speeds start when the shipping carrier has obtained your package for shipment, not at the time the order is placed.
If you purchased Expedited Shipping, the advertised shipping time of 1-3 Business days does not include order processing times. Orders are only picked up by the carrier on Monday-Fridays. Orders placed on Friday will be picked up by the carrier on Monday.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Most items come with a 14 day return policy. Please note, our online Return Policy differs from our In-Store Return policy. Please contact the store directly for more information on our In-Store Return Policy.
Male Enhancements, VHS Cleaners and Personal Lubricants are non-returnable due to the nature of the product.
You may contact us with any issues with any of these products to further assistance.
For returnable items, they must be returned in the same condition they were received with tags and order confirmation or proof of purchase.

We strive to be competitive with our product pricing. In order for us to be eligible to sell products from certain Brands, we must comply and agree to their MAP Policy. This policy includes rules in selling their products, including product marketing and pricing for their products. We are constantly working with our brands and manufactures to offer the best pricing to our customers.
